We believe clinical training should be something people look forward to, not something they sit through for the credits or because they are required. Our trainings are engaging, practical, infused with humor, and grounded in the real work your team does every day. We laugh, we think, we practice. Your staff leaves with skills they can use in their very next session or work day. 🌷 Peruse the training options. Click on the categories below to see the existing trainings we have in each category. We can also create a custom topic that takes elements from different trainings, or we may be able to create a training on a new topic not yet in our library.

🌷 We prepare. We will tailor the training and materials to your group. The length of this step will depend on the degree of customization required.

*Most of our pre-recorded trainings offer continuing education credit (CECs). With enough time, we can apply to provide CECs for our Webinars and In-person trainings.
Pricing
Ready-to-go trainings
Choose any training from our Library and we'll deliver it to your team at a flat full day or half day rate. That rate includes tailoring the training to your group, including specific skills they need, addressing gaps in their experience/education/skill level, and using examples that hit your population(s) and emphasize what matters most to your staff. As an alternative, you can also pay for your staff to purchase our trainings in a distance learning (pre-recorded) format right from our website to gain the same content with the ease of learning at their own pace.
New or customized trainings
Need a topic we don't offer yet, or a training that needs significant reworking to fit your staff? We love creating new things! Development is billed hourly, in addition to the delivery rate. After our free planning meeting, we'll send you an estimate of the hours, so you know the full cost before any work begins.

Travel (in-person trainings only)
Flights, mileage, tolls, and parking are billed separately. For trainings too far to return home the same day, lodging and meals are also added.
Shorter webinars may be available upon request at a reduced rate. In-person trainings are billed at a minimum of the half-day rate.
Frequently Asked Questions
🌷 Who qualifies for the SPECIAL rate?
If you work for a non-profit organization or one with a fixed rate, it is possible we can offer you our discounted special rate. Bring this up in the first consult to discuss it.
🌷Can you adapt one of your existing trainings for my team?
Yes! Tailoring is included in the day rate. If a training needs significant reworking, we'll let you know and send an estimate first.
🌷Do you offer virtual trainings?
Yes! Any training can be delivered live by webinar or pre-recorded for distance learning, with no additional travel costs.
🌷 Do you offer CE credits?
Yes, most of our pre-recorded trainings already offer CEC certificates. Webinars and in-person trainings can be submitted for CE credits. It typically takes 4-6 weeks for approval. We are well versed in how to apply and can add that proposal process to the bill.
🌷 How many people can attend?
There are no limits for us, but in-person venues have space limits.
🌷 Can we record the training to repeat for our team or future staff?
Ooof, this a hard question to answer. On the one hand, we can understand why you would want your staff to get the same training and it surely is easier to record and view, BUT this is how we make our income, so if we record the training that prevents us from getting paid for future trainings with your staff. Our initial reaction is to say no to recording, as most trainers do, but perhaps there is some middle ground to be reached; we're happy to discuss it.

Give your staff a truly unique experience: keep the conversation going beyond the training with our online community, called The Garden, where they can take the conversation live with fellow clinicians. From The Garden community, we offer both a place to post daily questions and comments, and regular live meetups for group supervision. Our meetups are just a click away, and are included with membership at no additional cost to you. Clinician groups have two weekly meeting options, and supervision groups meet monthly. Which group and how often you attend is entirely up to you! Come once, come often. We'll be here :) Membership is $50/month.
